GRENKE, a company specialized in renting of technological equipment, has reduced carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions to the atmosphere by 17.6 tons in Portugal in just five years, as a result of the paradigm shift in the implementation of digital contracts, totaling more than 9500 since 2015.

In all, from 2015 to March 2020, GRENKE  signed 9538 digital contracts in its operations in Portugal, which allowed the reduce of CO2 emissions by 17.629 kilos, producing less 1.156 kilos of waste, spending less 175,922 liters of water and less 7,835 kilos of wood.

2019 was the year in which most digital contracts were signed by GRENKE in Portugal, totaling 3304. In the first trimester of 2020, 1598 digital contracts were already signed, expecting a record of 3500 contracts by the end of the year, also due to the paradigm shift that is being imposed by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Digital contracts are possible through the multinational’s eSignature system, which allows you to sign contracts through your computer, tablet or smartphone and submit them online in a few seconds.
