The AFID Diferença Foundation celebrated its 15 years of existence yesterday. To mark the day, launched a thank you video that includes employees, customers and partners, highlighting the main mission defined in its constitution on June 23 of 2005.
The foundation was established by AFID – National Association of Families for the Integration of Persons with Disabilities, with 34 years of activity, and develops its social intervention based on care for people from different audiences and needs.
Therefore, on the date of its constitution, were defined as objectives : to bring together the activities of AFID, its assets and collaborators; the activities of providing social and educational services to children, to senior and to people with disabilities, and the name “AFID Diferença Foundation” has also been established.
The AFID Diferença Foundation consequently develops a wide range of community support activities and outreach services in the areas of social assistance and solidarity, child support and elderly.
