Media em Movimento signed the Portuguese Diversity Charter, a voluntary instrument that aims to encourage employees to establish a commitment with diversity, stimulating the implementation and development of internal practices and policies.
The Portuguese Diversity Charter is based on the principle of diversity, seen as the recognition, respect and value for the differences of the people, including differences of gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, religion, origin, culture, language, nationality, ancestry, age, political, ideological and social orientation, marital status, family situation, economic status, health, disabilities, personal style and qualifications.
