At a time when remote work and remote assistance take over most companies, Beltrão Coelho, Xerox’s main partner in Portugal, launches, in partnership with this multinational company, a guide to help companies take care of their printing equipment safely.
“With 90% of our team operating from home, we kept on the field only a small technical team for urgent customers’ assistance, to resolve cases that were not amenable to resolve by phone. Therefore, this guide helps companies to become more independent in handling their equipment”, underlines Ana Cantinho, general manager of Beltrão Coelho.
