The Paraíba region returned to BTL – Tourism Lisbon Fair, with a focus on the property and construction sectors. Media em Movimento organized an official meeting between the government and the airline Cabo Verde Airlines.
During the presentation event in Portugal, at the World Trade Centre Lisbon, the government of Paraíba in Brazil came on an international mission with a group of eleven businesspeople. It reaffirmed the region’s potential to attract investment and consolidate itself as a benchmark in tourism and sustainable development, reinforcing its presence on the global market.
With its privileged location in the Northeast, excellent road infrastructure and efficient distribution capacity, the state has attracted distribution centres and large-scale projects. The safe and sustainable business environment is evidenced by CAPAG’s A grade for five consecutive years, along with continued growth in GDP and job creation.
In 2024, the region recorded a 15 per cent increase in the number of foreign tourists and is investing in corporate tourism, offering spaces for events of up to 400 people.
In order to strengthening air connections, Media em Movimento organized a meeting between Paraíba government officials and Cabo Verde Airlines, with a view to a strategic partnership in the future.
